Review of Compensation & OH&S Acts.

In December 2001 Seacare initiated a review of the Seafarer's Rehabilitation & Compensation Act 1992 and the Occupational Health & Safety (Maritime Industry) Act 1993.

Employer groups, the Australian Shipowners Association (ASA) and the Australian Mines & Metals Association (AMMA) have lodged a submission
