On Wednesday 19 May 2010, agreement was reached with all offshore employers for the new Offshore Enterprise Agreements to be sent to members for ballot. We anticipate most employers will have the ballot underway within days.
AIMPE urges members to approve the agreement. Following a 'yes' vote the agreements will be lodged with Fair Work Australia for its approval.
